Basic information

Kra­jowy Sys­tem Usług (Natio­nal Servi­ces Sys­tem) for small and medium enter­pri­ses was for­med in Octo­ber 1996 on the ini­tia­tive ofPo­lish Foun­da­tion MSP (now: Polish Agency for Enter­prise Deve­lop­ment)  which coor­di­na­tes acti­vi­ties of the system.

Mission of KSU

The mis­sion of KSU is to suport deve­lop­ment of small and medium enter­pri­ses. The basic goal is to incre­ase the com­pe­ti­ti­ve­ness of Polish small and medium enter­pri­ses  by pro­vi­ding them com­pre­hen­sive offer of high quality servi­ces and pre­pa­ring them to the pro­cess of inte­gra­tion with Euro­pean Union. Par­ti­ci­pa­tion in the sys­tem is enti­rely optio­nal, the pur­pose of the coöpe­ra­tion with many cen­tres is the deve­lop­ment of the suport sys­tem for small and medium enter­pri­ses and incre­ase of their com­pe­ti­ti­ve­ness. Mem­ber­ship in KSU is not con­nec­ted with any mate­rial bene­fits. Mem­bers of KSU are enti­ties that do not work for any profits.

The status of Agency

Nowa­days, there are 180 orga­ni­za­tions in the sys­tem – expe­rien­ced con­sul­tancy, tra­ining, finan­cial and infor­ma­tion service pro­vi­ders. A group of cen­tres pro­vi­ding inno­va­tive servi­ces was cre­ated within KSU. These cen­tres form Kra­jowa Sieć Inno­wa­cji (Natio­nal Inno­va­tion Network) which tasks are help in cre­ating con­di­tions for trans­fer and com­mer­cia­li­za­tion of new tech­no­lo­gi­cal solu­tions and reali­za­tion of inno­va­tive pro­jects in the sec­tor of small and medium enter­pri­ses. Natio­nal Inno­va­tion Network con­si­sts of orga­ni­za­tions pro­vi­ding con­sul­tancy, tra­ining, infor­ma­tion and finan­cial servi­ces Chile the mem­ber­ship of KSI depends on get­ting the accre­di­ta­tion of KSU in the field of the inno­va­tive services.
