About the Fund

Western Pome­ra­nian Regio­nal Fund of Cre­dit Guaran­tee Ltd with headqu­ar­ters in Szcze­cin runs the pro­gram of the finan­cial suport of small and medium enter­pri­ses. The pro­gram is based on pro­vi­ding cre­dit guaran­tees and cre­dits pro­vi­ded by banks and loan funds coope­ra­ting with ZRFPK on the basis of employ­ment contracts.

Only small and medium enter­pri­ses who have debt car­ry­ing capa­city can use ZRFPK guaran­tees. Debt car­ry­ing capa­city depends on deci­sion of a bank/​loan funds.

For whom?

The gran­ting of bail by ZRFPK may apply to SMEs (accor­ding to the OJ No 173, pos. 1807) who:

    Do busi­ness in accor­dance with the law in this area in the ter­ri­tory of the Polish Repu­blic.
    Are esta­bli­shed and con­duct their acti­vi­ties in Western Pome­ra­nia.
    As a result of bail gran­ted to cre­ate new jobs or retain exi­sting ones.

Amount of the guarantee

Total level of guaran­tee is:

•     For bank loans and 70% of the amo­unt of the cre­dit /​ loan without interest.
•     For other loans, 60% of the loan amo­unt without interest.

The amo­unt of the surety may not exceed 1 247 500 zł and shall not be less than 10 000 zł.

Guarantee length limitations

Guaran­tees may be gran­ted as:

• Short-​​term guaran­tees — up to 12 months.
• Guaran­tees long-​​term — over 12 months.

Submission of applications

Appli­ca­tions for guaran­tee sho­uld be sub­mit­ted in the insti­tu­tions coope­ra­ting with the Fund. Cur­ren­tly, the Fund works with seven banks:

• Bank PKO BP S.A.
• Bank PEKAO S.A.
• ING Bank Śląski S.A.
• Gospo­dar­czy Bank Spół­dziel­czy w Barlinku.
• Bank Spół­dziel­czy w Gryficach.
• Bank Gospo­dar­stwa Krajowego.
• Bank Spół­dziel­czy w Kali­szu Pomorskim.

and 5 non banks len­ding institutions:

• Regio­nalny Fun­dusz Pożycz­kowy POMERANUS.
• Sto­wa­rzy­sze­nie Ini­cja­tyw Społeczno-​​​​Gospodarczych w Białogardzie.
• Fun­da­cja na rzecz Roz­woju Pol­skiego Rolnictwa.
• Szcze­ciń­ski Fun­dusz Pożycz­kowy Sp. z o.o.
• Fun­da­cja Cen­trum Inno­wa­cji i Przedsiębiorczości.

Conditions of the surety

The con­di­tion for gran­ting guaran­tees for SMEs, the SME is to esta­blish secu­rity in the form of a blank pro­mis­sory note with the possi­bi­lity of bail for ZRFPK. In spe­cial cases may be requ­ired addi­tio­nal safe­gu­ards in accor­dance with appli­ca­ble regu­la­tions ZRFPK, the title gran­ted bail ZRFPK, charge a fee deter­mi­ned by the Board of the Fund in an amo­unt not gre­ater than 3.0% (per annum) of the value given to a surety, no less than 200 PLN. The fees depend on the dura­tion of the surety, the type of cre­dit or loan, the risk of default lia­bi­lity incur­red. Take into acco­unt the costs incur­red by the Fund for admi­ni­stra­tive costs and return on equ­ity. ZRFPK rese­rves the right not to award the surety without giving reasons for the fund documents:
