Kosza­lin Agency for Regio­nal Deve­lop­ment Joint Stock Com­pany has long expe­rience in reali­zing Euro­pean Union pro­jects and spe­cial­zed employ­ees. We espe­cially care about the balan­ced deve­lop­ment of the region.  Acti­vi­ties that suport the balan­ced deve­lop­ment of the region are reali­zed for exam­ple in Human Capi­tal Programme.

Human Capi­tal Pro­gramme is the big­gest pro­ject in the history of Euro­pean Union. It is the response to the chal­len­ges of Lis­bon Stra­tegy – the plan of deve­lop­ment of Euro­pean Union mem­ber coun­tries which aim is to make Europe ‘’the most com­pe­ti­tive and the most dyna­mic knowledge-​​based eco­nomy in the world". The main goal of the pro­gramme is employ­ment incre­ase and social cohe­sion. To reach the tar­get, those six stra­te­gic aim­sare realized:

• Incre­asing eco­no­mic acti­vity and employ­abi­lity of the unem­ployed and pro­fes­sio­nally inac­tive people
• Redu­cing areas of social exclusion
• Impro­ving the adap­ta­bi­lity of employ­ees and enter­pri­ses to chan­ges in the economy
• Dis­se­mi­na­tion of edu­ca­tion of society at every stage of edu­ca­tion while incre­asing the quality of edu­ca­tio­nal servi­ces and their strong con­nec­tion with the needs of eco­nomy based on knowledge
• Incre­asing the poten­tial  of public admi­ni­stra­tion in deve­lo­ping poli­cies and pro­vi­ding high quality servi­ces and streng­the­ning part­ner­ship mechanism
• Incre­ase of the ter­ri­to­rial cohesion
