Since september 2011 Regional Development Agency of Koszalin is a partner in "Enjoy South Baltic! –Joint actions promoting the South Baltic area as a tourist destination" project.

ESB! is a new and innovative trans border project co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund within the South Baltic Programme 2007–2013. The project aims to strengthen the image and competitiveness of the South Baltic region known as the "rising star" among other international tourist destinations and improve the quality of tourist offer and services in direct coöperation with the private sector. Tourist SME sector is a key partner in the management of tourist offer and sales system. The first stage of the project will focus on developing new tourism products and packages based on a unique resource and observation of trends in tourism. The second one will be focused on introducing new products to market. For this purpose, will be necessary to connect the South Baltic tour operators and tourist offices of the tourism industry in destination countries, which communicate with the end customer, such as tourists, for which the offer will be developed.
