Loan Fund Kosza­lin Regio­nal Deve­lop­ment Agency offers under the JERE­MIE Ini­tia­tive pre­fe­ren­tial loans for entre­pre­neurs. Loans are tar­ge­ted to micro, small and medium-​​sized com­pa­nies domi­ci­led or doing busi­ness within the pro­vince West.

Annual inte­rest rate from 2.75% ((this value is sub­ject to change without prior notice and may be dif­fe­rent when apply­ing for loan))

The loan may be gran­ted for:

•     Finan­cing of inve­st­ments con­si­sting of, among others the pur­chase, con­struc­tion or moder­ni­za­tion of pro­duc­tion faci­li­ties, service, commercial.
•     Cre­ating new jobs.
•     Imple­men­ta­tion of new tech­no­lo­gi­cal solutions.
•     Pur­chase of equ­ip­ment in the machi­nery, equ­ip­ment, appa­ra­tus inc­lu­ding the pur­chase of trans­port equ­ip­ment direc­tly rela­ted to the aim pur­sued the project.
•     Other eco­no­mic objec­ti­ves that con­tri­bute to the deve­lop­ment of SMEs.

The sup­port rece­ived under the JERE­MIE can not be used to:

•     Cove­ring the ongo­ing costs of doing business.
•     Fun­ding for consumption.
•     Repay­ment of loans and credits.
•     Repay­ment obli­ga­tions of public law.

Loans are offe­red on terms more favo­ra­ble than the mar­ket, in accor­dance with the prin­ci­ples of gran­ting de mini­mis aid, at pre­fe­ren­tial rates WIBOR1M — 2PP.
Com­pa­nies own con­tri­bu­tion is at least 20% of the loan.
Loans from the Loan Fund SA KARR con­sti­tute to de mini­mis aid.

Fees in accor­dance with cur­rent table of fees.
