Action 6.2: Sup­port and pro­mo­tion of entre­pre­neur­ship and self employment.

The main objec­tive is the deve­lop­ment of entre­pre­neur­ship and self-​​employment thro­ugh the sup­port of people, espe­cially the young and the unem­ployed. 20 par­ti­ci­pants will rece­ive finan­cial sup­port for busi­ness deve­lop­ment (in the amo­unt of PLN 24.00,00) and start their own busi­ness.
Appli­ca­tions

People who can­not par­ti­ci­pate in the pro­ject are those:

•     Who had regi­ste­red to do busi­ness within 1 year before joining the project.
•     Who rece­ived in a period of at least 3 years before joining the pro­ject funds for star­ting busi­ness from public funds.

Target Groups

    People who are under 25 years of age (inc­lu­ding those who work — at least 30% of par­ti­ci­pants).
    Those who had been unem­ployed for at least 12 con­se­cu­tive mon­ths within the past 2 years.

•     Mia­sto Koszalin.
•     County of koszalin.
•     District of kolobrzeg.
•     County of bialogard.
•     District sła­wień­ski.

Pro­ject fore­sees the cre­ation of two tra­ining gro­ups of 15 per­sons, and finan­cial sup­port for deve­lop­ment of entre­pre­neur­ship in the amo­unt of PLN 24000.00 for 20 people, which could be used for the fol­lo­wing cate­go­ries of expen­di­ture, neces­sary for par­ti­ci­pant in a pro­ject that plan­ned to start a business:

• Pur­chase and lease of equ­ip­ment under­stood as fixed assets (inc­lu­ding means of trans­port, except those ope­ra­ting in the field of road trans­port of goods), the pur­chase of intan­gi­ble assets and other equ­ip­ment and faci­li­ties, for which busi­ness records of a quan­ti­ta­tive or quan­tity and value .
• Adap­ta­tion of buil­dings, faci­li­ties and jobs to the eco­no­mic acti­vi­ties undertaken.
• Pur­chase of cur­rent assets needed to con­duct business.

For 20 people, which will start ope­ra­tions finan­cial sup­port will be pro­vi­ded for 6 mon­ths (basic bridge sup­port) in the amo­unt of PLN 800.00 for 10 people for the next six mon­ths after basic sup­port has ended (exten­ded) the finan­cial sup­port will be exten­ded in the amo­unt of PLN 800.00. The par­ti­ci­pant will be requ­ired to sub­mit every month ack­now­ledg­ment of pay­ment social secu­rity con­tri­bu­tions as a con­di­tion for pay­ment of the next tranche.

Expected number of training hours per person

Num­ber of hours of basic tra­ining — 64h in the form of lec­tu­res, group coun­se­ling — 4 hours in a study of the know­ledge of the prin­ci­ples of pre­pa­ring a busi­ness plan and indi­vi­dual coun­se­ling 4h.
