Informing

Infor­ma­tion Point run in Regio­nal Cen­tre informs about prio­ri­ties of Human Capi­tal Ope­ra­tio­nal Programme.

We also inform about possi­bi­li­ties of using Euro­pean Social Fund and we inform about pro­ject reali­zed within ESF.

We also:

• Orga­nize meetings and conferences
• Coope­rat­tion with the media

We pro­vide infor­ma­tion by email, tele­phone or in per­son in the Cen­tre Mon­day to Fri­day from 7:30 am to 3:30pm.

Counseling

During indi­vi­dual meetings with our advi­sor, we try to find the opti­mal solu­tion to your pro­blems, accor­ding to the infor­ma­tion and mate­rials pro­vi­ded by you.

We help :

• In the plan­ning of a project
• In pre­pa­ring grant applications
• during the pro­ject implementation

Stimulating

Thro­ugh our acti­vi­ties we:

• sti­mu­late partnerships
• help local leaders
• enco­urage to local activities
• help in pre­pa­ring part­ner­ship agreements
• gather infor­ma­tion about the region

All acti­vi­ties of an Ani­ma­tor are to sti­mu­late an acti­vity of in sti­tu­tions and revi­val of local com­mu­ni­ties. The Office hours of an Ani­ma­tor are from 7:30am to 3:30pm. You can regi­ster for a meeting with an Ani­ma­tor in Infor­ma­tion Point or by email : animator_koszalin.roefs.pl

Training

Our Cen­tre pro­vi­des pro­fes­sio­nal tra­inings for novice employ­ers as well as for those employ­ers who havbe expe­rience in pre­pa­ring ESF appli­ca­tion forms.

We offer:

• pro­fes­sio­nal tra­inings about how to pre­pare a good project
• infor­ma­tion about how to effec­ti­vely and effi­cien­tly mana­ger a pro­ject and how to acco­unt rece­ived grant
• tra­inings in the Public Pro­cu­re­ment Law and Com­pe­ti­ti­ve­ness Policy in ESF projects
• tra­inings in Public Aid in ESF projects
• tra­inings in Equal Oppor­tu­ni­ties for Women and Men in ESF projects
